BATWING for calculating forensic trace-suspect match probabilities

A modified version (with great help from Ian J. Wilson) of Ian J. Wilson's program BATWING. The suspect's profile must be on the first line of the database file (in the example files below, this database file is called database.csv), the second line must be -1's and then the rest of the lines are the profiles from the database (one person per line, thus a haplotype observed three times results in three lines). Note that the database file must be tab-separated. Besides the database input file, a job file must be specified (in the example files below, this job file is called

The estimates for all iterations are found in the 11th column called exact_match_prob of the result file.
